Mt Adams School District

Mt. Adams School District is seeking a successor to Dr. Curt Guaglianone. The Board of Directors has engaged Northwest Leadership Associates to conduct the search. Chris Rust will be the lead consultant on the search. The first phase involves identifying the strengths of the district and the challenges it faces. In addition, we need to determine the qualifications and characteristics that the successful candidate will possess. NWLA does this through an online survey and through a series of focus groups. This process culminates in a leadership framework and a brochure announcing the vacancy.

The survey is posted to the district website in English and Spanish and the links are below. Chris Rust will be in the district on January 12 to conduct focus groups. Watch for a schedule announcing when your stakeholder group is to be interviewed. Anyone unable to attend their group’s focus interview is welcome to attend the community focus group in the evening.
