The Mount Adams School District hereby gives notice, in accordance with RCW 28A.335.180, of property declared surplus by the Board of Directors.
The surplus property will be available for purchase by public and private schools in the State of Washington on July 8 & 9, 2025 by appointment only.

The community of Mt. Adams School District is invited to attend the sale on:
Thursday, July 10 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Remaining items will be available for public sale on July 11, 2025.
All items are sold “AS IS”, and all sales are final. Sales tax will not apply. Purchasers are responsible for removing any items purchased, as the district will not provide transportation or delivery. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids/offers.
